Orders & Shipping

Domestic (USA)

Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email.

All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 days, except those placed during the weekend, holiday or if we're having a promotion. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from San Diego, California.

All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Packages will be processed with appropriate shipping methods for your area. Alaska & Hawaii addresses are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail. PO Box addresses are only shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Large orders may be shipped via UPS at our option.

Transit time is typically 1 to 4 business days for the 48 contiguous states and 4 to 7 business days for Hawaii and Alaska. Allow extra time during holiday periods, and shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all U.S. domestic orders of $50.00 or more!*
  • Flat rate shipping of $6.99 on all other orders.*

We offer Free ground shipping on orders $50.00 or more (before shipping, handling, taxes, and after all discounts or promotions) within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. A standard shipping rate of $6.99 will be added to orders less than $50.00.

International

We currently do not ship outside the United States. International orders can be placed through our partner site www.vitacost.com/emerald-forest.

Sales Tax

We charge state and/or local sales tax for any order shipping to California. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside California. The applicable tax rates vary by locality.

Returns and Credits

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, contact us at info@naturaltropix.com or call 760.633.0110. We want to hear your comments and feedback so that we can address any issues, and we can learn and improve. We want you to be a happy customer!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for either a store credit or a refund, for the full amount paid less shipping, within 14 days of the products being delivered by the carrier. We do not credit or refund shipping charges. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment. 

We can only accept returns from EmeraldForestUSA.com purchases. If you purchased your products through another retailer, you will need to arrange your return with the retailer you purchased from.

Return/Credit Instructions

Return your product within 14 days of the products being delivered to you. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Include the original packing slip, your contact and address information and the product you want to return. Indicate the reason for the return and whether you prefer a refund or store credit. Not including the proper materials may delay or disallow your return.  Please allow 10 to 14 days for your return/credit to be processed.
